If only EA employees would do what they SHOULD do there was no problem with that.

How difficult can it be? Watch those people who show you all the bugs, flaws and faults in the game. Fix it. Problem solved.

So maybe look at the real problem: Why, just WHY isn't this happing? Why could EA not fix the problems? No reason for that except... Maybe they just won't.

EA could easily make a balanced game which comes close to playing a real football simulation game. They just don't care...
