Unfortunately, your laptop or PC really isn't built to handle FIFA 20. The graphics card is weak for the game, and its integrated graphics chip is below the minimum requirements.  That doesn't mean you can't play at all, just that some issues with performance are almost inevitable.

There are steps you can take to make FIFA 20 run better on your laptop or PC. Windowed mode will help, as will playing while there's nothing else open on your computer, other than Origin of course. It's best to restart your computer immediately before you want to play, to close out as many background tasks and free up as much memory as possible.
