I played more then 550 Games now, already spent lots and lots of money in there, but still don't have access to the transfer market on webapp or companion app. Further I called and chatted the canadian, american, british and german hotlines / chats for 7 or 8 times. All of them are exactly communicate the same point: You need to play more games / have to explore the game.

What do I need to explore more: I played Rivals, Weekend League, Squad Battles, all the new friendly modes, friendlys against others, friends, online and offline drafts...stayed on lvl 27 season 1 and now lvl 18 on season 2 again.

What do you want me to explore? How to get this game better?

I am waiting for two months now. This is just ridicilous. Imagine what would happen, if we would pay our fifa points bills two months later? I can guarantee you would instant want to get your money. But helping your costumers don't have much priority.

This is not an attack against one of you. The one who reads this hasn't done something wrong. But I still need help for 3 months!
