Sorry for the late replay... check the compatibility settings for the Origin.exe, and FIFA.exe and fifaconfig.exe make sure that you select comparability for WINDOWS 8 or 7.
I found that they had different compatibility settings on my laptop and once I changed them to the same compatibility settings it worked perfectly
