see this thread here, it's most probably EA, match making and their servers, not your connection:
anyhow, the deletion of all squads (beside one), creating a new one (and delete the other one) via FUT companion app is one tip (do not ask for logic behind).
deleting the profile within the game and afterwards on PS4 / Xbox settings etc. is another. Ensure not to delete career mode savings. Only other settings and downloaded squads etc.
