@EA_Cade  thank you for replay , hope they will fix in next update , is really ridicoulous when you see players abusing this mecanics , i understand when you switch after min. 70 in game to try to come back but not almost all game , i try  it i swich in min 15 and in min. 90 i ceck stamina on my players and was on 70-80% not even on half and next game the fitness on all players was on 94-95
