Im facing all the issues you mentioned. Believe me it is not about your controller. We have a highly active topic here about input delay but no fix. We couldnt get an answer even... About passing, lots of time i face misplaced passing issues. The ball simply goes another direction when trying to pass. Trying to enjoy the game but actually these problems are gamebreaker issues.
