I've been facing the same issue and have submitted a case up to 10 times with the same explanation. 

I can't sign-in to EA servers in FIFA 20 and play it on PS4. I keep getting an option to verify through email but the email over there is not mine! I've asked for account recovery 10 times now with no reply and no success. I've spent on FIFA 20 but it's such a huge disappointment as I am unable to play FUT or online with my friends. I've been reaching out for the last 2 weeks and they keep closing the case and marking it as "Resolved" whereas it's anything but resolved. Can someone here please help me?
