Exactly the same issue here.

Right now, I lost a FUT champions match coz of that. I won the match 2-0, it showed error 'EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later" followed by "We're sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the FIFA 20 main menu" and when I log back in, the match is counted as a loss.

The game plays fine till the end, the error is exactly at the results, then it logs me out automatically. I'm able to login and play again without any issues.

This is very frustrating. Among all the other hundreds of issue the game is plagued with, this one is the worst.
