@MadRedPirahnaI have already followed all the steps you have linked. The thing is that I can't find any advisor who actually does anything. My case was "escalated" to a senior team by one of these advisor but it's been three weeks and I still haven't received any communication from them. So, I am trying to find an advisor on here.
