It really is no point emailing on this forum any more. The EA advisors just copy and paste the same answers. When I complained about it in Fifa 19 I got banned for a week as I was being abusive by telling them to do their job. Just try and read the number of replies from the EA Managers that have EXACTLY the same answer. You know the one “90% of the issues blah blah blah......”. 

As I say, it’s not worth it. Vote with you feet as others have (EA revenue down again year on year) until they get the message. Shame really as the Beta version that I tested worked fine. The don’t get it and I honestly don’t think they care that much
