Im not surprised about the way his players are reacting im moaning at why it should have to be manaul to intercept.
lol no you said no way your AI players would react like his hence conspiracy theory, and I'm pointing out they would react the same if you had your individual and team tactics set the same way and you could easily test this yourself.

Do you think its alright with uncontrolled players acting in that way ?
Were someone who hasnt played fifa can put these tactics and already he will have a decent defence?
I think you have to learn to defend manually, not put some tactics that will make your defence do most of the work for you.
I get where your coming from there is a lot of bs in this game, it's just a bit of a grey area in terms of the AI defence as we can only control 1 player there has to be an element of AI or it wouldn't look like a football game, it's hard to get the balance completely right with it and I wish EA were more transparent about the overall balance of the gameplay and how they see it
It is a grey area between AI being too strong and too weak however this is the last 3 fifas now that on release the defence was manual, and every patch has made them stronger, it got to a stage on fifa 19 most players just weren't controlling defenders at all the full game because the AI was better than them.
