As someone who uses Serie A I have zero interest in him, there are just so many good defenders in the league, Manolas, Koulibaly, Scream Romagnoli, even IF Smalling, all apart from Romagnoli are similar in price to Jesus.
It will take a few upgrades to be worth it for me
