@EA_Cade what about my account . The first year of fut I made 50k and my account was hacked. Someone listed bronze players and transferred my coins out by buying bronze players. I made a complaint about it and I was treated like yesterdays trash. Can anything be done about it? I know it was years ago but being hacked shouldnt be ignored no matter the situation. Customer service should help its customers not just throw the case out because they cant be bothered. I never got my coins back and in fifa19 I got told there was a sync error which resulted in my players price on the market being changed from 1.450,000 start price to his lowest price. The problem was he was listed for 12 hours and most of the day it was at that price then somehow it changed price. I asked how could I avoid this because it was so costly and he said not to use the web app until it's fixed. So surely I was owed my coins back ...yes I got my coins from selling but that ea tax was around 50k. He sold for 1 mill but lost 50k if he sold for 1,450,000 I would of made a profit even with ea tax but something went wrong. When will I get this back ?
