Exactly!! I actually couldn't believe what I was hearing then when I tried to correct him he started shouting at me to count Tuesday to Tuesday on my fingers. Was in complete disbelief. I'm actually on hold again to see if the guy was insane or if there really is 8 days in a week in EA land. Even though the email states 7 days...
