Depends on what circumstances you use the card. The test is when you use him against a really good opponent in a pressure game. Even 81 rated Pepe is a beast sometimes. But the question is how will he perform when really needed. He doesn't make the runs Dembele does. He can shoot but what's the point if he is not in a good position. For me he is average so far for that reason.

But I'm not saying I could not be wrong. Last year I bought and sold mbappe four times before I figured out how to use him properly and he became my favourite player along with De Bruyne until I deleted my account lol with around 2mil coins sitting there as well. It was too frustrating. I'll probably end up the same way after patch 45.
