@TheRonny93 I am having exactly the same problem. I first emailed to log the issue last Saturday and since then I got a reply back saying I should speak to an advisory on the 'live chat' and they will be able to sort the problem out very quickly. However I can't find any options for a 'live chat' on their website. I have always played FIFA games and have never had this problem with any of the other games. It is becoming very frustrating and I am running out of ideas about what to do next!
