You bought a product from an uncertain site. If the code was incorrect then you may have been cheated. In this case, you should contact amazon support. If the code was correct and activated, your purchase should appear within 48 hours. If fifa points do not appear, there is no point in contacting EA, because you have no proof of purchase.
