Shame hopefully you get access soon, i know what it's like to be banned for BS. keep on hassling online EA chat, if you want i can provide a link.
Somehow, this isn't my first rodeo with EA. I was wrongly perma-banned last year around this time, and it took me 6 weeks and emailing the CEO of EA daily for 3 of them to get a response and make progress. I am sure a few of the OG forum guys will remember all this from last year.
