HI @Louis1210 , I got hacked yesterday, someone coin transferred 560k worth of Luis Suarez cards and this was confirmed by EA live chat, however, they did not think it was suspicious that I would overpay for 5 Suarez cards and then proceed to quick sell them. Like where is the logic in that? They just told me that it does not seem there is any suspicious activity like robots and therefore they cannot refund me my coins. Also, many of their people on live chat really struggle to understand questions sometimes. Eventually, all I wanted to know is what the location was of the person that got into my account during that time - with no answers at all. Also, why would I actively phone them to tell them coin transferring was happening on my account fully knowing I would possibly get banned. They can see it on their systems, but just because for some reason that does not seem suspicious, they disregard that someone has hacked my account, quite pathetic actually.
