Same issue. I just bought FIFA 20 but can't play it because my account is associated with a random email address I have never had, I've contact four EA advisers none of which resolved my issue and gave up helping me, how do I claim a full refund, this is ridiculous. I followed all the steps. I am exhausted. I have seen using google that lots of people have had the same issue on this forum. EA are associating these random email addresses with PS4 accounts not Sony.  EA will just lock this thread like all the other threads.
