Having the exact same problem. Nearly every single bit of gameplay is not what it used to a month or so ago. Experiencing all the OP’s issues along with -  Weak tackles, weird player animations when receiving a ball or tackling. My neymar has tripped over himself twice this week just from sprinting with the ball?? My skill moves hardly ever register because i seem so far behind the play in terms of responsiveness. I have an 8 mill team and honestly they play like a bunch of 84/85’s. Its such a shame because i really enjoyed this game up untill this all began. Wish someone at ea had an answer because it clearly only affects about 5% of us. Its not just delay or responsiveness. Its broken gameplay
