Let's make sure your security steps are updated.  Follow these steps below:

1. Update your EA login information and add some security measures to your EA account:
   1. Reset your password,
   2. Set-up tough security questions in place.
   3. Ensure you have Login verification/Two-factor authentication set-up and
      Use these EA Help articles to update and manage your details and security options: "How to update your EA Account information", and "How to help manage your account security and safety". 
2. Update the login information and update the security on connected accounts: This step is also important to do as there are other accounts connected to your EA account and you will want to make sure they are also protected. Examples of connected accounts are your registered email address, Xbox, PSN or Nintendo. Check in and update the security features you have in place on those accounts to ensure all is up to date and protected.
