@KALIUMG Unfortunately, not all players have the issues you describe very often. For example, those error message went away for me when I switched to a hard-wired ethernet connection instead of WiFi. So 'many' players really need to clean up their WiFi or their router.

On the other hand, there’s have recently been quite a few ddos issues directed at EA, and that affects everyone trying to access their servers.

@JeDiikkeMoeder What game is your friend trying to access, and why can’t he post his own message? Really, would need more specifics about his hardware in order to even attempt to help. Has he looked at the connection help page? There is a list of things to try, but some are dependent on the kind of hardware being used.
