stuartduff replied to No response from EA Support for Open Help Case since March 29th
@EA_Cade Personally working within Technical Support for large technology company I think this could be one of the most infuriating and worst replies I have personally experienced with regards to a customer support query.
Did you even take the time to read the title of my forum post or the contents before replying with your standard contextual snippet???
I have previously followed the steps you referenced in this link http://bit.ly/ContactAccountDisputes on the 29th March 2020 which is now 9 days ago and as yet have had no response from anyone within EA support?
When can I expect a reply to my existing help case which has an ID of #58095595?
