i've tried deleting everything in my profile delete option in fifa menu's, i'm just struggling to get it to start fifa up as if I were playing it for the first time, because i'm not getting the welcome back perc message when I load up fifa, although I deleted my reserved date & save data in manage game & addons section on my xbox, as well as clearing mac address then clearing persistent data selecting it 5-10 times then turning off the xbox by pressing the xbox light logo on console for five seconds, then once fully turned off i'd disconnect the power plug from console & wait 30 secs - 2mins then plug it back in to wait for the orange light then turn on xbox one, doing that has caused my game to fix temporarily but sometimes doing that doesn't work, i'm kinda thinking that i'm just going to have to change the platform I play fifa on as i'm thinking about going to a gaming pc to play fifa, as my xbox console keeps letting me down.

@HiddenMatrix77Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a save file. Then let me know if this persists?
