Please enlighten me, I've even attached the copy of the mail sent by one of your guys who acknowledged that my win was counted as a loss and I get a very lethargic and condescending reply from the community manager. So what you are saying that is if I'm winning 3-0 and the opponent rage quits, the game returns to fut champs menu and counts as a loss for me is my fault? Please don't try to put the blame on my internet connection as I was not kicked out of EA servers, it's obvious that my opponent used the famous 'no loss glitch' against me and it cost me Gold 1. If you are not going to answer properly to the customer's queries then no use running this so called interactive answers website.
