Go on the web app (on a computer though) resize your window zoom if needed so the buy now button is right on the search button - when you click search the buy now will be in almost the same spot so you don't have to move. Also use enter, so hit search (as in click with the mouse) then hit (press) the enter key right after as its quicker! didn't take me too long doing it this way..
