You could put him as a lone DM with a diff chem or even that chem, in a 2 DM, in a flat 2, in a mid 3, or as a CAM if you really wanted.

He's the most complete and highest rated of any of the choices.

Zanetti gets made worse than a 2k card if headers get added in (don't think it's not possible, we've had 5+ patches in under 7 weeks, they've changed almost every mechanic already) and a fullback without really good offensive stats can only influence the result so much

All the attackers have a lot of flaws, Owen is actually a decent shout if you can use a 3* skill forward, no one mentions him but that card doesn't look too bad.

Nesta is horrible unless you play 1 depth PTB

Rio + Pep is a decent shout but Pep has a few decent flaws and Rio can be replaced by many sub 100k CB's

Pirlo if it was his mid card would be my pick without a second thought but the base card is heavily flawed.
