While that information is helpful, it actually doesn't resolve my problem in claiming the lost draft token?

If it's on a peer2peer connection, then I should have been returned to the FUT home screen; instead, I was told I lost connection to the EA servers and was put into Fifa Main screen. 

I am more concerned that the self-service tool isn't recognising that I got unfairly disconnected from the draft match and that I am unable to do anything to deal with the loss of fifa points from this.
