Once more I find myself either talking to a robot or someone who is sending generic almost scripted responses barely relating to the issues I have. My question is has EA Support ever actually helped anyone? And is it likely any issue I post on here will be read or resolved by anyone with any clout within EA? I had to leave the chat after 10 mins of me explaining the problem and this robot with a human name replying with no relevance to my points and no actual support.
