With all due respect man, you guys have taken these wrongfully from me and you're telling me that I now have to chase you to make my case?

I was offered no explanation, no details about the accusation, and that was it - coins taken and a big middle finger aimed at me.

I would like an EA rep to call me to explain to me why this was. I have evidence to prove the two likeliest transactions (because EA didn't bother to tell me why, I'm only able to guess) are what you are saying were rule breakers when they simply were not.

This is no way to treat a customer of 25 years.

I did not cheat, I'm not that way inclined. If I'm low on in game currency, I have often bought Fifa points to top myself up.
