what I can only advise you is to connect your console with the router via direct cable connection (buy a good cable, not the cheapest one) and then set up your console internet connection for "direct cable", if its possible turn off the wifi while playing, so that no one else uses your internet resources.This helps a little bit. If you play as the home team your connection will be better than if you play as the away team.

Sadly in this game if your opponent has a good connection and your is poor you wount be albe to beat him, even if he has poor skills and worse squad than you. Pozdro
