I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:
- Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
- Select Origin as the product.
- Select your platform.
- Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
- Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
- Compose a new massage to ToS team.
- The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.
