The CS can’t do anything. Similar thing happened to me.

Missing pack from season progress and objectives. The screen shows claimed/ ticked. But nothing in Stores pack areas (my pack)

Raised the issue to CS twice and cannot solve the issue and will not give me the packs back. The CS Abhishek even ended the chat conservation before doing anything.

On Saturday 21st Dec, HK time between 9-10am (1-2am UTC), I’ve reached level 3 & 4 for the new season progress and competed 1 x objective. Should get total 3 x packs.

The CS check record and insist I’ve already open a pack at 11:10am UTC 20th Dec. That’s the other day record! I should get 3 packs at 1-2am UTC 21st Dec, because that’s when I have done the new achievement/objective!!

EA CS are not helpful and keeps talking about the 1 x pack from different date.

Very poor service. I normally spend small amount every week for Fifa points. Not going to spend anymore till EA resolves this issue. I’m not asking for free Pele or Zidane, something unreasonable, I’m just asking for some rubbish packs that I’m entitled too.
