I can't speak intelligently regarding the laws of other countries, but in the U.S., this would be a very uphill battle to fight if you are approaching it as a breach of contract. You may have more luck if you tried to get a class-action suit together, but frankly, the odds are slim of a plaintiff judgement. Best way of going about this, imho, would be through a consumer protection avenue, maybe by bringing it to the attention of CFPB, but given that they typically are dealing with much more egregious violations, I am not sure this would even make their radar.
Also, pretty sure they are smart enough to have a binding arbitration clause, so in all likelihood you don't have that many legal avenues within which to avail yourself anyway.
edit: just looked at their terms of conditions - they do have a binding arbitration clause, as well as a clause disallowing class actions. Good luck fellas lol.
