Hello,im having this issue from Fifa 19. I reported it last year as a bug,but it was never fixed and its still happening in Fifa 20.

I believe its easy to be fixed. Simply populate the spots needed in CL,EL with teams from rest of world,but after any replacements. At the moment its like its hardcoded for the same clubs to play in the competitions,no matter if they are moved in other leagues etc and thats why the game is crashing.
