No  it's just a crash that a lot of people especially on Virgin Media are getting, something to do with EAs latest update with special cards. I had this problem and I initialised my ps4 and re-installed fifa 20 but same problem. Then I went into network settings on PS4 and put my DNS settings to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4 and was able to play today. You can try different DNS settings , some are using 1.1.1.1   1.0.0.1 if you google best DNS servers you will get loads of different ones to try. It seems something EA have done upsets Virgin Servers.
