I play 3412 but start as 5212.
I have used...
Angelino, Robertson, digne, alba on the left.
Cancelo on the right.
Early on I used callejon one side and kostic the other.
Using alba and cancelo until I get zanetti.
All the above are decent. You will struggle to find finishers though.

That was kinda the plan here too.
If i play 343, fullbacks are fine as they don't really get to goal.
But in 3421 and 352 they can be an issue.
