I throttle to 1Mb download, upload. I'm still hard wired to my router, my console is prioritized for gaming. This gives me the most consistent experience. I'm pretty sure most pro players are using similar settings, they where the most vocal when that patch dropped a few months ago that rewarded a good connection.

The netcode puts you at a huge disadvantage with optimal settings, it shouldn't be like that, but EA are only interested in the lowest common denominator. The majority of casuals don't have a clue about setting up their connection correctly, EA cater to them. It's the reason I'll never take Fifa eSports seriously, when every other big competitive game I've played have restrictions on poor quality connections.
