I agree. Last year was bad at times. But this year is terrible. I have spent £400 on packs as well. Something i really regret. I have a great team that I cannot even play with. 

I bet no one from EA will reply because they are not interested in these thing. They just blame us for bad internet ect. 
I personally think most of the problem is the amount of content they add. All these silly additional cards and SBCs are taking up all their time and they are not focusing enough on the most important thing which is the gameplay.
