That kind of answers fits in the part when i said when we complain you just sit back and laugh. 
If you really are a community manager check your work because you are not doing it well you you know damm well i cannot get a refund in the normal ways but since your game is broken and i don’t see plans for you to fix it i was asking if there is an exception since how broken your game is in this state. 
But instead of that and try to solve my problem or give some feedback if you are solving or planing to solve the game issues you just take a * at me with a link you know dam well will not solve my problems.

I’m from the days when the intro used to be “EA Sports it’s in the game” I guess I just played enough from the intro to change in “EA Sports we just don’t care” i guess it’s time to stop investing my time and my money in your products.
