In order to investigate further it would be helpful to get some more info:

- platform
- Gamertag / PSN ID / Origin ID
- Timestamp of when the XP wasn't added (Time, date and your timezone - needs to be accurate and up to date)
- Which objective did you not receive xp from

This also happened to me at least twice, but only the second time did I realize what had been happening. I believe both occurred during the time frame below:

- Origin
- Marco_Carlo80
- 27-28 Sep between 11pm-12:30am CDT
- Did not receive XP from Week 1 Gold Physical Play objective and was bounced back to level 12 from 13 before I could choose a reward. May also have lost XP from other objectives too during the same play session.
