Hello. Yesterday i bought fifa 20 and I am able to play with no issues at all  but when I try to play my daughter in a friendly  she is not able to join ea servers. When we select sides my username is available with no issues but when we try to select her username we get this message  "Gameplay recording paused because you entered blocked scene". My Id is keyser_soze_1886 and my daughters id is tiny_rfc. 
any help would be greatly appreciated
