I’m afraid I got the same answer from the technicians. However the facts are: I was winning the game, the server disconnected with no apparent reason (what has been called by the technicians an “external factor”), when i logged back in it counted it as a DNF and a loss. I can’t be out of line here to believe that I deserved either a win or at least a rematch. I’m not sure if the staff at EA is aware, but fut champion games are bound to 30 games, so there is virtually no possible way to recover from a lost game. It impacted my record, my rewards and my enjoyment over the weekend amidst a pandemic that forced everyone at home. I believe that I am owed, as a paying customer of your product, an explanation beyond the mere “we’re sorry, its irreversible, external factors, no compensation, etc.” excuse. Currently my opinion has it that EA does not care about their customer and leaves them stranded with an unresolved issue for indefinite periods of time in order to bolster more revenue-proactive sources of income... such as selling fifa point. In a more conspiratorial stance, I believe these “external factors” occur in order to withstand better rewards and force players like me to purchase more packs to get the players I want. I also want to keep it recorded that I tried contacting the technical support twice with the aid of video proof, emailing bug reports, posting in forums and messaging in the facebook page. All to an unsatisfactory resolution to my case.
