And that is the problem. I went through the double prompts and it read Shapeshifter Player challenge. I've now been on hold with EA for an hour and 12 minutes. Put me on hold and clearly forgot about me. I dont know how this could happen. traded in an 88 overall squad with 80 chemistry. I would never do that for a mega pack.
