Got yet more insight. Ive already said when I asked ppl here about the overall "status" of the game that Ill wait for the 1st patch before doing anything, but now Ill also wait even longer since if there are that many issues concerning connectivity its not worth my time, money and nerves.
I dont know the connection and server status at your region but I cannot lie that the gameplay and new dynamics are much better than 19. But this delay issue ruins everything.
