I'm writing from Italy. On 25th April my account was hacked too. EA replied saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify any lost in-game assets and cannot grant you any compensation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.".
I'll contact them everyday until they will give me back my players. It's a shame, they have to protect me and my account, if someone hacked my account is their fault, not mine.
