To contact EA ToS team please follow these steps:
1. Visit https://help.ea.com/en/
2. Choose "Help with a game"
3. Choose FIFA 20
4. Go to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us
5. Choose your platform
6. Choose "Manage my account"
7. Choose "Hacked account"
