I thought mine did. But I throttled my internet down to slow my connection. And the gameplay was much better and he was very good again. Unfortunately Pique is not a card that can be effective in delayed gameplay.
Edit: for the record not some tech expert. Just started streaming Netflix in every room of the house. Girlfriend thinks I’m nuts. It works!
